In 2000, Tony created the Latino Affair Margarita prominently noted by Cincinnati Magazine. Also in 2000, Tony created Margarita's Tequila Club to share his love of an array of Tequilas, which has now grown to over 180 varieties. Tony travels to rural parts of Mexico to talk with local restaurant owners, and learn and share unique stories and recipes served daily at Margarita's.
